Welcome to 080list (“we,” “our,” or “the platform”). Your privacy matters deeply to us. Because we operate as a completely free community classifieds board, we collect as little personal information as possible to keep your experience secure, fast, and simple.

To publish a free listing or connect with a trader, we only collect:
- Public listing data: your ad title, description, price, location, and any images you upload.
- Contact information: your display name and mobile phone number.
- Technical data: your approximate IP address and browser type, strictly used to prevent malicious spam networks or automated bots from crashing our site.
⚙️ 2. How we use your data
We use your information solely to:
- Display your advertisements to prospective buyers looking for items in your area.
- Generate direct call links and WhatsApp buttons so interested buyers can reach you instantly.
- Monitor, flag, and permanently ban scammers or fraudulent accounts from the platform.
🤝 3. Data sharing and public visibility
- Public exposure: any phone number, name, or photo you post inside an ad becomes public and visible to anyone browsing the internet, including search engines like Google.
- No third-party sales: we do not sell, rent, or lease your contact information to advertisers or telemarketing lists.
🛡️ 4. Data control and deletion
You keep complete control over your content. If you sell your item or want your details offline:
- Use the private “manage” link you received after posting and tap “Delete ad”.
- Once deleted, the listing is permanently removed from our databases immediately (Google may take a few days to clear its own cache).
- Ads older than 30 days are deleted automatically.
